There is a strong social safety net - Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare, Social Security Disability, Social Security Retirement, Food Stamps and Unemployment Insurance - available to all Americans. The vast majority of our veterans are citizen soldiers. Why not consider integrating rather than duplicating these programs?
