REIMAGINEAMERICA RADIO HOUR – JAN 20

Today is day 30 of the Federal Government Shutdown

There is no end in sight —

In the Numbers This Week:

800000 government workers didn’t get paid on January 11 even though more than half of them were required to work. The FBI can’t even purchase a 49 cent screw driver to repair a piece of surveillance equipment in a national security investigation. The New York Office of the FBI has opened a food pantry for it’s agents and Washington, DC restauranteurs are cooking and distributing meals to agents to take home to their families. This is the thin line between you, me and global terrorists!

300 migrants emerged in the USA through a tunnel near Yuma, Arizona, this week and immediately surrendered to Border Patrol Agents demanding asylum. There were 179 children in the group.

30,000 LA School Teachers are on strike to “benefit their students? The district is running a $500 million annual deficit resulting from required payments for teacher pensions.

$209 Billion is the beginning point of Governor Newsom’s California Budget proposal. That proposal contains a small down payment on the $135 Billion unfunded California Teachers’ Retirement unfunded liabilities.
